Serena Williams’ husband Alexis Ohanian stepped out with arguably the sweetest thing at the famous Met Gala on May 1st. Ohanian wore the bracelet he received from his daughter Olympia in the summer of 2022. At that time, after Olympia put together the bracelet, the receiver of the gift decided to make this creation a lasting one by turning it into a piece of “jewelry” he would wear for a long-time.
“I turned the arts & crafts bracelet that Olympia Ohanian made me into some proper jewelry with a real chain to replace the string and some black onyx beads. Thanks, Caryn Alpert!” Alexis Ohanian said. That bracelet was on Alexis Ohanian’s wrist at the annual Met Gala, which is seen widely as one of the most important fashion events in the world.
Alexis posted a photo with the bracelet on his Instagram account. “Details matter. Thanks, Gucci X Yuga Labs. PAPA is the best title I’ve ever held: better than CEO, owner, executive chairman,” Ohanian captioned the photo.

Serena Williams announced her 2nd pregnancy
At the same Met Gala, Serena Williams shared the news that recently caught the headlines around the world: she will have a second baby.
On Monday, Williams shared a couple of photos taken at the Met Gala on her Instagram. In one specific photo taken at the Met Gala, Williams is holding her baby bump. Williams, 41, welcomed her first child in 2017 when Olympia was born.
“Was so excited when Anna Wintour invited the 3 of us to the Met Gala,” Williams captioned her Instagram post.
