‘Going to Kill You…’: Paige Spiranac Opens Up About Her Mother’s Untold Side She Came Across After Failing a Trivial Test

Although she is not on the course, Paige Spiranac is certainly one of the most successful women in golf. Perhaps, had it not been for her supportive family, especially her mother, who stood by her through thick and thin, Spiranac may not have reached these heights. Yet despite that love and support, she once showcased quite a harsh side to the former golfer. And all over the failure of a trivial test!

Recently, the golf beauty sat down with Samantha Marks, her co-host on the podcast, Playing a Round with Paige Renee. On it, the two got to reminiscing about the past, back to when they were teenagers and trying to get their driver’s licenses. And that’s when the ex-pro golfer dropped the truth bomb. “I failed my driver’s test the first time—well, the written test,” she said.

Thinking about the ever-successful social media star failing at something of course isn’t easy, but she is human after all! But after the writing test, things got even trickier for the blonde model. Her supportive mother turned on her, adding even more stress to the already-pressured situation. “My mom was like, I’m going to kill you if you fail the driving portion of it,” she said.

Fortunately for the stunning influencer, the fates smiled upon her that day at the test. The person conducting her test felt sorry for her for having to do it in that gigantic car and went easy on her. “You touch the cone, you fail,” she said. “And I lightly kissed it.” “And I look at the guy, and he’s like, It’s fine.”
