But lucky for him, his idol is his guide as well. Training under the shadow of his father, Woods Jr. has made yet another accomplishment to make Tiger proud.

Charlie’s hard work is paying off. This week the 14-year-old participated in the Junior Golf National Championship at the Mission Inn Resort where his father was his caddie. And to his father’s and the fans’ delight, Charlie has won the event. He had scored a solo lead with a total of -7. He made a 15 ft putt on the 18th hole to secure the victory in the boys of 14-15 years old division.

In another video surfaced from the course where Charlie Woods made his 5th birdie of the day. In the video, the Tiger was heard praising his son by saying “Well done! Though Woods is on hiatus and not playing on the green, he must be so happy to see his son shine in their favorite sport.
