Fan Boy Jordan Spieth Predicts the Fate of Texas Longhorn; The Undying Love for His State Witnessed a Similar Fate as His Ryder Cup Dream

The Texas Longhorns kicked off their highly anticipated college football season recently. And one of their most crucial matches was against Alabama. The sport has other athletes involved too, even though they are just fans, and Jordan Spieth is one of them. The golf pro is quite open about his love affair with football and recently proved his excitement when he predicted his hometown’s win.

Spieth will play for national glory in Rome in the upcoming weeks. He was Zach Johnson’s (Team USA Captain) pick for the Ryder Cup season. And he recently announced his one focus: winning the Cup. According to Jordan Spieth, the plan is to make as many birdies as possible on the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club. Maybe the 30-year-old’s confidence is infectious. First he made it to the Ryder Cup, and then he showed some optimism towards the Texas Longhorns as well.

The PGA Tour pro studied at the University of Texas and naturally supports the home team. After last season’s loss, Jordan Spieth was sure the Texas Longhorns would make it this year. And true to his predictions, Quinn Ewers and his team avenged last year’s loss.

In an Instagram reel posted on his handle, Jordan Spieth can be seen predicting many wins and losses. In the beginning, while speaking about the Texas Longhorns vs. Alabama Crimson Tide, he said, “It’s a win. Maybe not as big as I predicted last year. Maybe 35-30 Texas.” Spieth also captioned the video, “Here we go again…,” as a reference to his last year’s prediction.
