Tennis champion reveals heart-melting clips of her first child and husband Alexis Ohanian at home – with one hilarious clip showing the dad using the tot as a football

SERENA Williams has celebrated her first year as a mother with a montage of gorgeous clips of her baby daughter Olympia, shot at home.

The 36-year-old tennis champion, who had Olympia in September, selected ten “cute” videos to share on Instagram on New Year’s Eve, including one where her husband Alexis Ohanian created a “baby football”

Serena, who has stunned fans by returning to the court less than four months after giving birth on December 31, also filmed herself in hospital recovering.

In the Instagram captions, the seven-time Wimbledon champ wrote: “My final top 10 moment of 2017. Of course includes @olympiaohanian they say save the best for last.

“I could not choose so I just choose 10 random videos. They all were so cute to me.”

The first clip showed Serena “twinning” with her tot in matching pink hoodies – while the mum is also heard comparing her newborn to her fellow tennis champ sister Venus while in hospital.

Talking to camera, Serena says of Olympia: “Junior took after her Auntie V [Venus Williams] because she has very thin legs.”

Another video shows Reddit executive Alexis, 34 – who wed Serena in November – holding up his baby daughter while she wears a doughnut-print babygro, and sneezes adorably.

Proud Serena also uploaded a video showing Olympia holding her own milk bottle at 12 weeks old – before the mum praises her for doing so well.

But Serena’s top choice – the video she called “the best” – shows Alexis pretending Olympia is a football and carrying her round like an NFL player.
