Tennis Couple Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa Embrace ‘Fútbol’ Passion As They Meet David Beckham and Other Inter Miami Stars

Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa are two tennis players who are fans of soccer. As the two stars played in the Miami Open, they could not miss the chance to visit the training grounds of the local soccer club, Inter Miami CF. The two had a ball of a time there and also met the president and owner of the team, who is a legend of soccer.

Tsitsipas has followed soccer for a long time and, unlike millions of Europeans, was a fan of the American club. His love for the team only increased when Lionel Messi arrived, and he could not let the chance of visiting his favorite team slip.

Tsitsipas and Badosa were in the Miami Open, hoping for a great stint in the second half of the Sunshine Doubles. However, they could not manage to run deep in the championship, as both were eliminated in the round of 64. Regardless of the early loss, they decided to have a good time in the city.

The football team uploaded several pictures of their meet-up on their Instagram, with the caption, “When tennis meets fútbol 🤝”. In the first picture, Badosa and Tsitsipas are standing on both sides of Beckham. Badosa has a jersey with her name on it, and Tsitsipas with Messi’s jersey. Beckham also signed a shoe for them, and they met other members of the team, including Sergio Busquets, Leonardo Campana, and Jordi Alba.

Tsitsipas also signed a tennis ball for Julian Grassi. While Badosa has a jersey with her name, Tsitsipas has a jersey with Messi’s name, as he is a big fan of the star and his arrival doubled his love for the team.
