Nelly Korda Suffer Heartbreak Again: Does she have hope on LPGA this week?

Nelly Korda is among the most valuable and highly skilled golfers on the circuit. Her career achievements are a testament to her enviable prowess with a golf club. However, of late, many questions have arisen about her expertise due to this season’s performance.

As the 2022–23 season is drawing to an end, the number of close calls the former World No. 1 has had on the course has left fans wondering if her fall from grace is affecting the golfer’s game. And having seen her suffer heartbreak after heartbreak, the big question that now remains is whether she will once again take to the course this week on the LPGA Tour.

The Olympic gold medalist has experienced tremendous setbacks in the ongoing season of the LPGA Tour. She missed several events pertaining to medical issues. Korda hasn’t achieved any significant titles this year, although she did earn the individual trophy at the Aramco Team Series on the LET circuit.

She missed the cut at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and the Cognizant Founders Cup earlier. She finished in the top 10 of seven events played on the LPGA Tour, achieving 2nd and 3rd places on occasion. However, her no-win drought continued until she lost her crown at the final major of the season, where she finished tied for 11th.
