Despite $3B Backstab, Tiger Woods Salvages His Tarnished Legacy and Enjoys an Expensive Sip of Victory at the Expense of Ex Erica Herman
Tiger Woods has achieved so many milestones in his life that fame has come to him and stayed by his side since he was 21 years old. The three-time Open championship winner is also not without his share of troubles. However, after a scandal followed by being brutally betrayed by the news of the $3 Billion LIV merger, the PGA Tour loyalist finally received some good news to brighten up his day.
Erica Herman and Tiger Woods have been locked in a legal battle since their breakup in 2022. The golf pro’s ex filed a lawsuit against him in a public court for $30 million in compensation after she had to leave the mansion. Now, that argument may have come to a satisfactory conclusion.
Did Tiger Woods win the $30 million lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend?
The 82-time PGA Tour winner had been dating Erica Herman for six years. Sadly, they broke up in 2022, following which the famed restaurant manager claimed that she had an “oral tenancy agreement” with Tiger Woods that she could live in his estate, where she had allegedly been living with him, for five years after their split in case that happened. She also stated that she had provided the World Golf Hall of Famer with “valuable services” in order to continue her free stay in the multi-million-dollar home.
Despite her allegations, Tiger Woods denied them all, referring to her as a “jilted ex-girlfriend,” as per TMZ. Regardless, Herman filed a lawsuit worth $30 million against Woods’ trust, which is listed as the property owner, claiming that it was a “reasonable value” for the time she lost in the beautiful home after being locked out.
