Wimbledon LIVE: Jigsaws taken off sale as Andy Murray sends fierce message

There was further chaos on day three at Wimbledon as rain caused delays to the Championships’ schedule and Just Stop Oil stormed onto Court 18. Three protestors have been arrested after making their way onto the court during a contest between Grigor Dimitrov and Sho Shimabukuro.

Orange confetti and a jigsaw puzzle depicting a Roger Federer tie were thrown onto the grass. Briton Katie Boulter’s match against Daria Saville was targeted soon after.

It came amid several rain intervals in SW19. As many as 10 ties from Wednesday are to be continued on Thursday’s order of play.

Meanwhile, Andy Murray is gearing up for his second-round clash against fifth-seed Stefanos Tsitsipas. The two-time champion has insisted he is as fit as he’s been for several years heading into Wimbledon.
