Eugenie Bouchard rides donkeys in Morocco after injury dashes tennis dreams
EUGENIE BOUCHARD, 24, is a young sports star who was forced to quit the Swiss Open due to an injury on Saturday. The Canadian posted an image riding a donkey on Instagram today.
Eugenie Bouchard suffered an injury this weekend, leading her to drop out of the Swiss Open – mid match.
Today the Canadian star has been out riding donkeys in Morocco.
On Saturday in the semi-final match against Alize Cornet Genie suffered a thigh injury.
She said at the time: “It happened in the second point of the match.
“I felt stress or pain in my groin, the adductor. But it was getting continually worse and really hampered my movement.”
“I was really hampered but I was still so close to winning the first set.”
It seems Eugenie has set off on holiday to take her mind off the unfortunate event.
The blonde posted an image of herself sat astride a donkey.
Dress casually, Eugenie wears a t-short with embroidery around the neck.
She donned blue jeans and a gold watch.
