‘Brooks Is Gone’: Brooks Koepka’s Wife Jena Sims Grateful For Her Security

Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims are an adorable couple around the golf circuits. The pair were first reported to be together in 2017 and they eventually got married in a lavish wedding last year.

While Sims is a model and actor based in the United States, Koepka is forced to deal with frequent travel due to his golf commitments. But giving company to the newlywed bride is the couple’s pet dog, Cove, who featured recently in Sims’ Instagram stories.

A regular on her social media account, Sims recently posted a story of her pet dog guarding her house. Her story was appreciative of her loyal pet, Cove, with the caption further exemplifying her work.

“The best security guard in all the land,” Sims wrote in her story alongside an emoji of hands forming a heart. In the brief clip, the 34-year-old also called her pet, who came running toward Sims in the most steadfast manner.

Accompanying the story, Sims also wrote about Cove’s importance during the times when Koepka was not around. “Brooks is gone, she legit guards me till I get up and moving,” she said in her story.

But with the LIV Golf season at a halt, what is Koepka up to? The 4-time major championship winner is apparently getting in some match practice but is nowhere near the PGA Tour events that resumed shortly. Instead, the mystery of Koepka’s latest adventure lies in his partner Sims’ next story.

Is Brooks Koepka practicing for LIV Golf?

While the Smash GC captain has provided any updates about his whereabouts, his wife has unraveled the mystery. Sims recently posted another story in which she tagged the Instagram handle of the Smash GC team and said, “camp nearing an end.”

The message clearly means that Koepka is having a field day with his teammates ahead of season two of the LIV Golf Series. His team finished third in LIV’s inaugural season, behind Punch GC and the eventual champions, 4 Aces GC.

On a personal level, Koepka didn’t have the best start to the new league, but showed signs of his brilliance towards the end of the season. He secured his first LIV victory in the season’s penultimate event, in Jeddah.
