‘Boss’ Nelly Korda Gets a Huge Shoutout After Receiving Tiger Woods’ Blessings Amid Life-Changing Caddie Moment

A few days ago, Nelly Korda made big news due to her decision to change her caddie for the upcoming tournaments. The decision was unexpected and generated curiosity among the fans. Later, it was revealed that her caddie, Jason McDede, was on paternity leave. Furthermore, Korda went to the International Crown with her sister’s caddie, Kyle Morrison. However, with Jessica Korda back for the ongoing Cognizant Founders Cup, the 24-year-old was left without a caddie.

Surprisingly, Tiger Woods was there with his support and blessings to help the World Number 1. The Hall of Famer pulled some strings and sent his own long-time caddie, Joe LaCava, to bag for the 24-year-old this week. And following all that traction, Korda is once again in the limelight, this time, thanks to high praise being sung for her!

Without Woods, perhaps Korda would have been stranded caddie-less at the Founders Cup this week. But thanks to Woods backing her up with his own caddie, Joe Lacava, she went on to storm the event this week! Amongst the caddie drama and her tremendous skill, all eyes have been glued on her this week, and the attention she garnered has only increased with her latest news, involving a shoutout from none other than her loyal caddie McDede.

The World No. 1 put McDede’s needs before her own when she gave him a break due to his baby’s birth recently. And of course, the caddie has not forgotten that heartfelt gesture. Taking to Instagram a few days after his child’s birth, the newly-made father posted his newborn picture, revealed that he and his wife had had a boy, and thanked his friends and family for their support.

However, the most important part of the caption was his shoutout to Korda and Morrison, who filled in for him first. It read, “Special shout out to my amazing boss @nellykorda @kyle.morr.is.on for stepping right in and not missing a beat this weekend.”
