Justin, 38, and Kate were joined by the rest of the European Team at the Ryder Cup 2018 opening ceremony at the 18-hole Le Golf National arena, France, yesterday afternoon.
Over 40,000 golf fans also gathered alongside the stars, who included Rory McIlroy and his wife Erica Stoll.
Captains Thomas Bjorn and Jim Furyk kicked off the spectacle by introducing their European and United Stated teams.
Furyk also showed the historic bond between France and the US.
At the end of the ceremony, golf fans will learn the pairings for the first session of play, which will be Friday’s morning fourballs.
Indie band the Kaiser Chiefs provided musical entertainment.
Former Newcastle and Tottenham football player David Ginola was the host of the event.
Tiger Woods is also playing in his first Ryder Cup since 2012 and was welcomed warmly in the arena.
His appearance follows his spectacular comeback and victory at the Tour Championship last weekend
