With the Masters Tournament underway this week, everyone is focused on the golf legend on the course: Tiger Woods. But a month ago, not many were thinking about the golf pro’s possible contention in the major. All they could talk about was his recent mega-controversy with his ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman. And while the entire world continues to speculate about the feud between the two, Woods’s caddie, Joe LaCava, recently shed some light on how the 15-time major winner was dealing with it.
LaCava gets candid about how Tiger Woods has been affected by the public war
Nearly a month ago, news of Herman and the 82-time PGA Tour winner’s split broke the internet. Had the two just normally broken up, it may have blown over in a week or two. But that wasn’t the case. In March, the golf pro’s ex-girlfriend took the PGA Tour star to court on multiple accounts.
Herman left no stone unturned in her public battle against the golf legend, from suing him for $30 million on account of breaking a verbal contract by letting her live in his Florida mansion despite their separation, to claiming that the NDA that Woods made her sign in 2017, was void on the grounds of sexual assault.
