Though Lexi Thompson may be able to taste defeat on the LPGA Tour, not many can outrank her in the gym. The Florida-based golfer has been a fitness freak and regularly shares her exercise sessions on social media. In a recent Instagram story, Thompson shared her workout plan which many may find hard to endure.

The LPGA golfer has been familiar with success from a very young age. She turned pro at the age of 10 in 2010 and won her first Major four years ago after claiming the Chevron Championship. Early success is no luck. Thompson had been a hard worker since her amateur days. And her recent workout plan indicates why she is so hardworking and successful.

The golfer is constantly regarded as one of the strongest in the LPGA Tour. Lexi gave all her fans free workout routines during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has continued to share the drills regularly since. In her recent Instagram story, the 27-year-old shares her latest workout drill which she performed in the early morning at 6:11.

While showing a video of the exercise bike, Lexi Thompson revealed her tiring routine. She wrote, “10 min of sprint bike, bosu squats, bosu backward lunge, side lunges, plank, and bosu push-ups”. Though the bike may be for the sake of warm-up, the rest of the exercises get more and tougher. She later even shared the video of her workout session.
