Erica Herman is reportedly seeking to take Tiger Woods to court to nullify a non-disclosure agreement she signed at the start of their relationship in late 2017
Elin Nordegren has taken her first public swipe at ex-husband Tiger Woods for humiliation she suffered by cheating on her with over a dozen women.
The former nanny spoke about her “personal storm” and how she had endured the most challenging times of her life while addressing graduates at a Florida college.
Herman is reportedly suing the Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust – which he controls – for more than £24 million, alleging that Woods tricked her into leaving the Florida home in which they had lived together during their relationship.
But according to TMZ Sports, court documents have revealed that Woods, 47, has argued Herman has no right to invoke the federal statute, as she has never accused him of sexual assault or harassment.
The 15-time major champion has also outlined that in her court filings, his ex-partner answered the “NO” box when asked “does this case involve allegations of sexual abuse?” In the court documents, Woods reportedly states: “Ms. Herman’s position is utterly meritless.”
