Victoria Beckham, 47, Posts A Cute Vacation Snap From A Boat On Instagram Starring Her Long, Lean Legs

Queen Victoria Beckham blessed the Instagram feed with a good old photo dump of her most recent workouts. And this Spice Girl is bringing the heat in the gym!
If you’re in need of some vacation inspiration, then Victoria Beckham’s Instagram is the place to be. The singer and fashion designer, 47, recently posted a snap from a trip with her husband (and apparently first mate) David Beckham.
???? ???????????????? ????????????,” Victoria captioned the photo, which features the couple posing together on a boat. While they look adorable together, I (and Victoria’s followers) can’t stop staring at her super toned legs.

Luckily, Victoria’s fitness consultant, Bobby Rich, hasn’t been shy about sharing her best secrets to strengthening (and lengthening) those muscles. Recently, he introduced Victoria to weightlifting as a way to spice up her fitness routine.
“Weightlifting and its benefits were not something she was overly familiar with,” he told Women’s Health UK. “That being said, it was a style of training that she approached with the same rigor and dedication as her other fitness pursuits until that point and she hasn’t looked back.”
Victoria usually spends anywhere from 35 to 90 minutes in the gym, Rich said, depending on how intense her workout is that day. He also helped the mom of four create new goals for her sweat sessions. “While Victoria was used to smashing her workouts week in and week out, she didn’t necessarily have measurable goals the way that she does now,” he explained.
Before, she was only tracking “the number of sessions or hours she spent in the gym per week,” he added, instead of focusing on how many pounds she’s lifting or her range of movement. (Noted!)
As for her diet, Victoria sticks to eating at the same times every day—another tip she learned from Rich. One ingredient that always gets the star treatment? Fish.
