Victoria Beckham left injured on Valentine’s Day after nasty fall as David pokes fun

Victoria and David Beckham, who married in 1999, gave their millions of followers an insight into their not so romantic Valentine’s Day antics on Instagram.

Victoria Beckham’s Valentine’s Day didn’t get off to the best of starts after she suffered a nasty fall at the gym today. Taking to her Instagram page, the mother-of-four shared a picture of a bag of ice placed on her foot to cool off the pain, which was swiftly mocked by her husband David Beckham.

Addressing the injury in view of her 32 million followers, she wrote: “Happy Valentine’s Day to me… fell over in the gym!” The post came amongst her adorable tribute to long-term husband David Beckham in various posts.

At first, the former Spice Girl reshared a picture from David’s page of the pair kissing in front of an idyllic sunset while on holiday. Captioning the post, she wrote: “I love you so much.” The fashionista went on to share multiple other pictures of the pair including one from a previous shoot they did when she was pregnant with their first born Brooklyn Beckham, now 23.

Following her romantic tribute, the singer went on to reveal to fans that the present she gifted her spouse wasn’t so enivable. For “the man who has everything”, Victoria decided to gift him with a copy of The Country Smallholder magazine, which featured topics such as keeping chickens on a budget, growing Christmas trees and everyday farm kitching cooking.

Seemingly appeciative of the unusual present, David shared a snap of it on his story writing: “My Valentine’s Day gift.” He also went on to express his love for Victoria with a series of pictures of the pair, who tied the knot back in 1999.
