“Rat Me Out. You’re Dead”: Jessica Korda’s Hilarious Warning Towards Nelly and Sebastian, Revealed in 2018, Sums Up Their Relationship Perfectly
They are sisters in arms. Two LPGA Tour pros share a great bond. It came to light as Jessica Korda and her sister Nelly Korda sat for a podcast with golf writer Alan Shipnuck. The interview dived deep into the two golfers’ personalities and the way they look after each other.
The Korda sisters grew up in affluence. Their father Petr Korda is a famous tennis player. He is a Grand Slam winner who triumphed at the 1998 Australian Open. Jessica and Nelly’s mother Regina Rajchrtova is a former tennis player as well. Their brother Sebastian Korda is also a tennis player. Growing up, Jessica, Nelly and Sebastian had lives less ordinary.
Jessica is five years older than Nelly. But at 25 years of age, Nelly Korda is a bigger attraction on the LPGA Tour, with eight Tour wins. Jessica Korda has six wins. The two sisters are often pitted against each other on the course, but it hasn’t affected their bond. The way they conversed during the podcast attested to that.
Jessica was fun and her warnings towards her siblings were hilarious. In 2012, she used a payment app and warned her siblings to not tell their parents. Nelly said, “Yeah, I remember. And then Mom would find like rappers and like, I get in so much trouble for saying…”. Shipnuck asked for more details, and Jessica replied: “Like, rat me out. You’re dead. You’re never getting it again.”
