Victoria Beckham: ‘Emotional day’ Star addresses BIG moment with husband David Beckham

VICTORIA BECKHAM opened up about her “emotional” reaction as she watched husband David Beckham return to Old Trafford and score the final goal in the Manchester United Treble reunion match.

Victoria Beckham, 45, took to Instagram to gush about her other half David Beckham, 44, as she watched the former professional footballer make an impressive comeback to his old stomping ground in Manchester today.

David helped his team to emerge victorious with a 5-0 win against Bayern Munich in the legends tournament, which commemorated 20 years since Manchester United secured the treble, including the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League in 1999.

Following her husband’s achievements, Victoria posted a series of sweet tributes in view of her 25.3 million followers in support of the iconic sportsman and the club where he made his name.

The fashion designer first shared a humorous clip of herself strutting up and down near her seat in Old Trafford wearing a mask to represent the team’s mascot Fred the Red, adding the caption: “Kisses from Manchester #fredthered.”

Victoria then pointed out the more “emotional” side of the match as she wrapped her arm around a family member while watching David on the pitch.

She described the post on her Instagram Story by writing: “Emotional day today in Manchester.”

This evening, the Spice Girls star dedicated another post to David on the social media platform alongside an image of the Midfielder jumping for joy after scoring the winning goal.

Victoria captioned the photo: “So proud to see @davidbeckham back at Old Trafford today!! X

“He’s still got it!!! Kisses x VB @manchesterunited.”

The businesswoman’s fans were quick to comment on her post, with many attempting to persuade her to encourage David to re-sign for Man United after his amazing performance.
