‘Was Blown Away’: Moments After Joining Hands With Tiger Woods, Latest Recruit Issues a Stern Warning to LIV Golf

TGL has recently added three new players to its roster. Keegan Bradley, Cam Young, and Sahith Theegala are to join the high-tech league TGL. 19 players have already joined and the number will reach 24 when the league starts next year.

TGL, founded by Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and Mike McCarley, is challenging the rival golf league LIV Golf by attracting golfers and investors from various backgrounds with its high-end technology.

TGL’s fresh addition is impressed with the league’s technological advancement

TGL is a new league in the golf world, but it is in partnership with the PGA Tour, unlike LIV. The league will host 15 team games throughout the season before the semifinals and finals. Each team will have 4 members, but only three will compete with each team. The matches will be played at a custom-made arena inclusive of advanced technology on Palm Beach State College’s campus.

Keegan Bradley, Cam Young, and Sahith Theegala are the newest additions. Cam Young visited the SoFi Center and was excited to play soon. Cam, in his announcement news, said, “I recently visited TGL’s testing facility and was blown away by the technology and new ideas that will be part of TGL. I love being connected to teammates and I’m excited to play team golf.”

The new league is giving serious competition to the breakaway league, LIV Golf, regarding technology and innovation. LIV Golf introduced itself as an innovative and extraordinary league, but now it might not be the only one. One more thing to note is that LIV golfers are not allowed on the Tiger Woods venture. Besides, TGL has gotten greater support than LIV Golf from the community.

TGL onboarded ESPN as the broadcaster while the PIF-backed league was confined to YouTube in its debut year. As per recent reports, LIV Golf supporters are also unimpressed by the league and have regarded it as a failed business deal. Might be sour grapes!
