When his brother-in-law, Patrick Reed, unexpectedly called him in December 2013, Kessler Karain’s career as a caddie officially got underway. Karain was invited to join the then-aspiring golfer on the course, with the suggestion that it might be a temporary arrangement lasting somewhere between six and nine months. They had no idea that this choice would launch a remarkable partnership that would last for ten wonderful years! Kessler was queried by Annabel Angel, “How do you find that keeping it in the family?”

Karain said that he had never seen himself as a professional caddie as he looked back on his career. In the course of the interview, he admitted to Annabel Angel, “Never if you tell me 10 years ago. No way!!” But destiny had other ideas for him, taking him on a journey that was full of unique experiences and outstanding accomplishments.
