Days After Her Historic Run at the Shriners Children’s Open, Lexi Thompson Shares a Solution While Dealing With Pain

Lexi Thompson is no stranger to injuries. Her decade-long career has been impacted by them right and left. Fighting through pain, the diva has fought back and emerged stronger and better.

The 26-year-old has now taken to her Instagram to educate people on how to heal better with harmless and no-drug options. She shared the problems faced by her close ones and how it will help them.

Earlier today, the 11-time LPGA Tour winner posted a video on her Instagram handle on Osteoarthritis and how it impacts people in the U.S. The golfer shared an astonishing number, saying that 15 million adults in the US suffer from Osteoarthritis pain.

Moreover, Thompson’s closest supporters, her family members, seem to be struggling with the same issue. As she stated, “My family is my biggest support system, so when I saw how OA (Osteoarthritis) impacted the daily lives of people I love, I knew I wanted to educate myself.”

In a world where the opioid epidemic is widespread, Thompson wanted a non-drug and non-opioid solution for the pain. After speaking to her doctor, she collaborated with Iovera, whose products use extreme cold to temporarily stop nerves from sending pain signals and provide relief.
