Simon Cowell’s ex Sinitta, 60, says sex is better than ever after ditching one habit
Sinitta insists that quitting booze has boosted her sex life.
The singer admitted that she stopped drinking after a hangover that floored her and left her with a rash. Now she is enjoying the benefits of being teetotal – especially in the bedroom.
Sinitta, 60 said: “I feel 10 years younger. Sex is better if you’re not drinking, plus you can remember you had an amazing time the next day! Alcohol is quite numbing and you’re less sensitive.”
The former X factor judge, who has been best pals with Simon Cowell who was an ex-boyfriend in the past, used to knock back tequila. But she told Closer she hasn’t touched a drop since suffering a “deadly hangover” after hosting a birthday party earlier this year.
Sinitta explained: “It was my mum and my friend’s birthdays, and we opened a bottle of champagne. The day after I had a rash over my whole body. It was awful.
“When I drink, everything is a lot harder and slower, but without alcohol I wake up feeling bright-eyed and bushy-tailed!”. Last year, the singer insisted she was having better sex than ever after meeting someone new.
