David Beckham takes another hilarious swipe at Victoria’s ‘working class’ comment
In a hilarious nod to his recent Netflix documentary, David Beckham mocked his wife Victoria in his latest Instagram post.
The A-list couple were all smiles as they were photographed at a table enjoying lunch with the former Spice Girl’s parents.
Taking to the caption, David wrote: “Just a nice casual New Year’s Eve lunch at The Ritz. @victoriabeckham Very working class. My mother & father in law left in there Roll’s.” (sic)
The athlete trolled his wife after she claimed they were both from working-class backgrounds during a viral clip from BECKHAM.
The self-titled series looked back at the footballing legend’s life on and off the pitch and the beginning of their 24-year marriage.
As Victoria spoke to the cameras and lifted the lid on what attracted her to David, she admitted: “I just fancied him, it was as simple as that.
“I think because we both come from families that work really hard – our parents worked really hard and we’re very working-class…”
Before she could finish, David who was seemingly listening in popped his head behind the door and abruptly interrupted.
He told his wife, “Be honest,” to which she hit back: “I am being honest!”
