Despite Satisfactory Health Update, Will Tiger Woods Still Use a Golf Cart at the 2023 PNC Championship?
Although golf wouldn’t be able to beat other sports in terms of it being physically demanding, it is nevertheless a strenuous game. And, it is even more so for someone like Tiger Woods, who just made a comeback a little while back, from his long hiatus owing to health problems. But even so, in the most serious of cases, there is a solution for the golfer in need.
The existence of golf carts on the course has undoubtedly helped many people on the greens from overexerting themselves. However, although Mr. T’s opinion against using the same has been a popular topic of discussion over the years, one can’t help but wonder – will the recovering Hall of Famer resort to a cart during the upcoming PNC Championship if they allow him to do so?
The 15X major champ had been through a lot of physical hardships over the past two years because of his accident and subsequent injuries and surgeries resulting in the break from golf. However, he was able to make a comeback to the game at the Hero World Challenge, after which he revealed his plans to strive more for a complete recovery. But even so, curiosity arises amongst concerned fans as to whether he would be allowed to use a cart at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club and if he would use it if he was permitted to do so.
Since the upcoming event is run by the PGA Tour Champions, the players part of the field with their families are allowed to use the cart. But, whether he would actually use it this time around is a different case. However, recalling the previous year’s tournament, the American had made use of the vehicle owing to his plantar fasciitis as he played through the pain at the competition.
