David and Victoria Beckham have again squashed any feud rumours as they publically sent a message to daughter-in-law Nicola Peltz. There had been said to be a rift between fashion designer Victoria and actress Nicola after a problem occurred with the bride’s wedding dress.
Nicola has previously explained how the rumours began when she didn’t wear a Victoria Beckham-designed wedding dress for her big day with the couple’s eldest son, Brooklyn, back in April 2022 after Victoria “realised that her atelier couldn’t do it.” Instead, she opted for a Valentino number despite saying she wanted to wear one of the former Spice Girl’s designs.
In the same interview with Variety magazine Brooklyn insisted things were fine between him, his wife, and her in-laws: “I’ve learned they’re always going to try to write stuff like that. They’re always going to try and put people down. But everyone gets along, which is good.”
Last month, as Brooklyn enjoyed his first Christmas as a married man over in the states with his wife, both Victoria and former Manchester United star David mentioned their son in their festive and New Year social media posts as they enjoyed spending time with their kids – Romeo, Cruz and Harper Seven – in the UK.
The couple have now used their social media pages again to brush off any rumours of a possible family rift as they marked Nicola’s 28th birthday on Monday (January 9). David,, 47, took to his Instagram Story to post a playful photo of Nicola hiding behind a leaf in a kitchen.
