Despite a Terrible Season, How Much Did Nelly Korda Earn on LPGA Tour in 2023?
The LPGA 2023 season has concluded. While many golfers were victorious, Nelly Korda was not as fortunate as the others. The younger of the Korda sisters, Nelly’s winless year echoed the 2020 season on the LPGA Tour, when she did not card any victories.
While Nelly Korda did not win any titles this year, her various finishes in the events guaranteed her substantial money for the 2023 season’s earnings. Without any victories, how much did the 1x Major champion earn in the LPGA 2023 season?
In the initial stages of the 2023 season, Nelly Korda had her first Top 5 finish. She carded a solo fourth at the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions in January. The fourth finish gave her a $99,457 check despite the loss. The next two tournaments were as eventful as before. Korda came close to winning the HSBC Women’s World Championship. However, she ended it with the runner-up title and $169,299 in her bank.
At the LPGA Drive On Championship at the Superstition Mountains, Korda was T57, and this was one of her fourth-lowest performances of her in 2023. Next week on the Tour, Korda got herself together for the DIO Implant LA Open. Still without any victories, though finishing T5 was not as bad as the previous one. The second-best performance of Korda was at The Chevron Championship.
