Victoria Beckham diet searches explode after Netflix doc – and she has unusual breakfast
Victoria Beckham has been the subject of fascination for decades after leading a very successful professional life in the limelight.
However, one thing that has mostly remained a mystery is her diet, and fans are now looking for answers after the release of Netflix’s BECKHAM documentary with husband David Beckham.
After the documentary came out on October 4th, searches for “Victoria Beckham diet” online went up by 669% in the UK, according to analysis of Google search data by fitness equipment company Mirafit.
The company also obtained an insight into Posh Spice’s diet, claiming she “avoids refined carbs at all costs”.
In the morning, she will start her day with “three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar for breakfast” before drinking a smoothie containing greens.
The smoothie may contain spinach and broccoli, as well as apples for sweetness and chia seeds for “added health benefits”.
The fashion designer is said to be particularly fond of healthy meals containing grilled fish, “such as salmon, paired with edamame beans and steamed vegetables” for lunch or dinner.
For a snack, Victoria is said to prefer avocados, eating “three to four a day” as a healthy snack in between meals.
Avocados help increase brain function, contribute to healthy digestion, and protect your heart – all while making you feel fuller for longer.
