The former Spice Girls star shared a throwback photo of the couple in honour of the special occasion before making an emotional admission about missing her son Brooklyn Beckham, 21, who is self-isolating in America during the coronavirus pandemic.

Victoria posted a youthful snap of her and David walking their dogs together 23 years ago while wishing the sportsman a happy birthday in view of her 28 million Instagram followers.
The pair were pictured holding hands as they enjoyed the stroll down a street with their pets.
