The soon-to-be-released book ‘LIV & Let Die’ caused quite a stir in the world of golf, with Justin Thomas and Brooks Koepka at the centre of the drama.

Justin Thomas and Brooks Koepka have both spoken out ahead of the release of a new book which has left stars furious. On Wednesday, an excerpt of Alan Shipnuck’s soon-to-be-released book ‘LIV & Let Die’ sent shockwaves across the world of golf. Here’s an explanation on why players such as Thomas and Koepka are unhappy.

The book – which dives into the division between the PGA Tour and LIV – features a host of anecdotes about alleged conversations players have had on the tour. Among them are some explosive stories players would almost certainly rather not be made public.

It’s been claimed that Koepka let out an expletive rant against Thomas and co after he was criticized for joining the Saudi-backed league. Fire Pit Collective’s Shipnuck wrote: “Despite the relaxed setting, Koepka radiated some heat when reflecting on his career change.

“’F*** all of those country club kids who talk shit about me,’ he said, referring to the likes of Justin Thomas, Jordan Spieth and others. ‘’You think I give a f*** what they think? You think I care what people say about me? I just had three surgeries, and I’m supposed to turn down $130 million.
