Victoria Beckham left ‘heartbroken’ over son Brooklyn’s birthday ‘snub’
Victoria Beckham was reportedly “heartbroken” that her son Brooklyn opted to go to a Beyonce concert over his brother Romeo’s birthday dinner.
Victoria Beckham is said to have been left “heartbroken” after son Brooklyn chose to attend Beyonce’s concert in Los Angeles instead of his brother Romeo’s birthday party in the UK.
Brooklyn skipped his brother Romeo’s 21st birthday bash to accompany wife Nicola Peltz and their friend Selena Gomez to Beyonce’s star-studded Renaissance gig.
Victoria and husband David were joined by their other children, Harper and Cruz, for Romeo’s lavish dinner along with his girlfriend, Mia Regan.
Victoria, who paid tribute to her “incredible family” for gathering to celebrate her son’s milestone, shared snaps of the get-together on Instagram.
According to Heat magazine, while Victoria was all smiles on the night, she was reportedly disappointed by her eldest child, Brooklyn’s absence.
“Brooklyn and Nicola’s very public appearance at Beyonce was a clear signal there’s family drama,” claimed the source.
“Snubbing your brother’s birthday to go to a concert is never going to go down well, especially when your parents offered to fly you privately to the UK to be there. Vic is heartbroken.”
Express.co.uk has reached out to Victoria’s representatives for comment.
Not long after the bash, Brooklyn and Nicola made an appearance to watch David’s football team Inter Miami play in Miami.
Earlier in the year, the family had been plagued by reports that there was a rift between Nicola and Victoria after the Transformers actress opted for a Valentino bridal gown instead of one created by the Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer.
