Novak Djokovic gets brutally honest on if he misses Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer

Novak Djokovic was in great spirits during his Davis Cup press conference in Valencia as he jokingly said he doesn’t really miss Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer but then proceeded to highlight that tennis absolutely misses those two icons.

Just days after landing his 24th Grand Slam title at the US Open, Djokovic came to Valencia to help Serbia in the Davis Cup Finals group stage. In his return to Spain, Djokovic was expectedly asked about Nadal, who hasn’t played since this year’s Australian Open. “I don’t miss them, but I’m sure tennis misses them.

These two are legends of our sport. They left a very great legacy both in tennis and in sports in general,” Djokovic said, via Serbian publication Sport Klub.

Djokovic ready for Spain
