Andy Murray opens up about career sacrifices wife Kim made to support him

Andy Murray has one of the strongest support units behind him, with his wife Kim being one of the biggest cheerleaders as she regularly turns up to several of his matches with her feisty on-court attitude. Although the couple – who married in April 2015 – tend to shy away from the spotlight, they certainly have a huge loyal following and cultivate lots of media attention during Wimbledon.

Last month, the blonde beauty sat courtside with her eyes fixed on Andy’s matches at two pre-Wimbledon tournaments at Surbiton and Nottingham – both of which, Andy was later declared the winner.

Without his knowledge, 35-year-old Kim took their four children, Sophia, seven, Edie, five, Teddy, three, and two-year-old Lola to watch the final of the Nottingham Open. After his match, the tennis champion’s reaction was priceless and he endearingly said: “Oh my God, I didn’t know they were here. I had no idea they were coming. It’s great they have been able to come today – they are all there. Thanks, guys.”
