The Beckhams have been married for 18 years but, ahead of their 19th wedding anniversary, bookmakers Paddy Power suspended bets on them splitting.
A spokesperson had stated: “We’ve decided to suspend betting on the separation between Posh and Becks.
“It looks like it’s a case of 1 becomes 2 with their marriage seemingly going down the loo.”
But a rep for the couple, who have four children, has branded the reports “embarrassing and laughable” exclusively to Express.co.uk.
A spokeswoman for the couple also told The Sun: “There is no statement due, no divorce, and a lot of Chinese whispers and fake social media news.”
“This is all very bizarre and an embarrassing waste of time.”
The bookmaker is currently offering odds of 3/1 on Welsh opera singer Katherine Jenkins becoming the next Mrs Beckham.
They went went as far to say Angelina Jolie and Rachel Aniston are 4/1 and 6/1 respectively to be next in line to cop a feel of the former England captain’s Golden Balls.
Victoria, 44, and David, 43, walked down the aisle on July 4, 1999 at Luttrellstown Castle in Ireland, and footballer Gary Neville acted as best man.
Their nuptials came just months after David and Victoria welcomed their first child, son Brooklyn, now 19.
