Emma Raducanu shared the latest update on Monday night, revealing that she is vacationing in Greece with who appears to be her rumored boyfriend Carlo Agostinelli. Raducanu, 20, missed the entire grass season – including Wimbledon – after undergoing three surgeries in May.
While sidelined, Raducanu went to Greece as the Briton is recharging batteries for what she is hoping to be a major comeback to tennis. In some of the pictures Raducanu posted, there is an unidentified person, who seems to be Agostinelli – the man who has been rumored in British media to be Raducanu’s boyfriend.
In the comment section of the post, Agostinelli dropped a heart emoji to Raducanu.
When Raducanu returns to the practice court?
Last week, Raducanu posted a photo, which showed the Briton using a gym bike.
After returning to the gym, Raducanu also plans to return to the practice court in August. For Raducanu, the most important thing is to return fully healthy after surgeries on both wrists and her left ankle. In May, Raducanu shared a lengthy message to her fans, explaining in detail why surgically fixing her injuries was probably the only remaining option.”It is safe to say the last 10 months have been difficult as I dealt with a recurring injury on a bone of both hands.
I tried my best to manage the pain and play through it for most of this year and end of last year by reducing practice load dramatically, missing weeks of training as well as cutting last season short to try [to] heal it.
Unfortunately, it’s not enough. I’m having a minor procedure done on both hands to resolve the issues. I’m disappointed to share that I will be out for the next few months and while I am at it will have another minor procedure that is due on my ankle.
It pains me that I will miss the summer events and I tried to downplay the issues so I thank all my fans who continued to support me when you did not know the facts,” Raducanu said in May.
