Brooks Koepka’s wife Jena Sims has heartwarming reaction to US PGA Championship win
The American became the first LIV Golf rebel to win a major over the weekend after taking home the US PGA Championship for the third time in the last six years with an impressive performance
Brooks Koepka’s wife Jena Sims was reduced to tears watching on from home as her husband became a five-time major winner after victory in the US PGA Championship. The former world number one also became the first LIV Golf player to win a major with the triumph at Oak Hill in New York state.
For Koepka, 33, it is the first major win since last lifting the Wanamaker trophy in 2019, the second of back-to-back successes. Sims, an actress and model, was there that day but watched from afar four years later as her husband ended his drought.
As the golfer inadvertently let slip earlier this month, his wife is pregnant with a baby boy. The mother-to-be was following the television coverage instead. In celebrating Koepka’s win, Sims shared the moment on her TikTok account.
In the nine-second-long clip, she is understandably emotional and points to the TV on their wall while tilting the camera toward her exposed baby bump. Left somewhat speechless, Sims captioned the video: “All I got is tears at the moment.”
