Inside Andy Murray’s lavish Surrey mansion with swimming pool and massage room

As Wimbledon makes its return, so too does tennis champ Andy Murray.

But when he’s not on the court, the 35 year old can be found enjoying time with wife Kim, who he tied the knot with in 2015, and their four children.

While the couple are notoriously private, they spent more time at home due to the coronavirus pandemic, meaning Andy gave us more of a glimpse inside his home life.

The couple live in a stunning £5million Surrey mansion featuring a swimming pool, gym, massage room and tennis courts (no surprises there!)

The family live in Leatherhead, Surrey while they wait for their dream home to be completed a few miles down the road in Oxshott. Let’s take a look inside Andy’s home…

Being a professional sportsman means that you have to eat well, as you’ll be burning a lot of calories.

Therefore, it is little wonder that Andy has a ginormous kitchen for preparing all manner of feasts.

In one snap the tennis pro is about to chow down on a massive plate of sushi with the kitchen behind him. The space is very modern, with a marble kitchen island and high-gloss cream cabinets.

As we can see in the background is a large wooden dining table complete with floral display and large internal window which peers into another room.

The Olympic medal winner and his family also have a glass dining table and they eat off Emma Bridgewater breakfast plates. Now we know what the breakfast of a champion is too; scrambled egg and a smoothie!

The house is filled with large windows that flood the room with natural light, and the dining chairs are made of metal, which add a modern edge to the wooden table, as well as a large tree in the corner of the room.

In a snap taken on New Years Eve a couple of years back, we can deduce that Andy’s bed is huge and there is space for all the bottles of alcohol one way need.

The bed has a large grey quilted headboard and the pair have opted for crisp white sheets.

The property also has very large garden, which is idyllic during lockdown. The luscious and manicured lawn is perfect for the children to play on with their father.

Andy captioned one snap: “When your daughters want to play dress up and say “daddy put on your skirt!” I tried to explain it was a kilt not a skirt but they assured me it was definitely a skirt”.

Andy and Kim are waiting to move into the £3m property they are building from scratch which has a swimming pool, tennis court and gym.

In the meantime he can use his spacious front drive to hit rallies against a wall, just like many frustrated novice players out there!
