Wimbledon news: Murray may never return as Zverev fumes over tournament schedule

Andy Murray will be hoping to pick up where he left off against Stefanos Tsitsipas at Wimbledon today, with the Scot leading by two sets to one after play was suspended last night. He dropped the first set against his 24-year-old opponent but drew level in the second before keeping the pressure on to take a narrow lead in the third despite a brief injury scare.

Murray fell to the ground during the penultimate game of set three and let out a scream as he crumpled to a heap on Centre Court, leading to fears that he would not be able to continue the match. He needed a moment to recover but went on to serve out the set at the very next opportunity, leaving his mum Judy in disbelief as she watched on from the stands.
