Tommy Fleetwood wife: Who is Clare Craig – when did they get married? Do they have kids?
TOMMY FLEETWOOD will take to the Carnoustie golf course as he heads to the Open this week as one of the best British golfers. Behind him are many UK based fans and his family including wife Clare Craig – when did they get married and do they have children?
The 147th golf open is well underway with Tommy Fleetwood representing the UK among a host of international challengers.
The 27-year-old has been a staple in British golf since the age of 14, ranking high among his competitors in the most recent competition.
Official Golf World Rankings place Fleetwood at number 10, and now he’s looking to move up.
With the country firmly behind him as he progresses through the competition, many are behind him, including a wife Clare Craig.
Tommy Fleetwood is married to Clare Craig, who has been the golf star’s wife since October 2017.
Clare, who served as vice-president of Hambric Europe, is now Fleetwood’s manager and has been since 2015.
Clare is also trustee of the Richard Burns Foundation, which was set up in memory of the rally driver who died from brain cancer.
Fleetwood credits many of his successes with his wife, who hails from Manchester.
Tommy Fleetwood wrote about switching to Hambric management with Clare back in a 2015 blog post with golfing magazine golf-monthly.
The then 24-year-old said: “My brother, Joe, working at Hambric is obviously a big plus point, but I get on well with Clare Craig, too, who is vice-president of Europe.
“She’s always been around on Tour, and I’ve chatted to her a lot over the years.”
