A shock announcement that shook all the fans. Paula Badosa, after the relationship communicated to the whole world of tennis (and not) on her social networks with the Greek tennis player Stefanos Tsitsipas, updated on her physical conditions.

The Spaniard was unable to compete at the Roland Garros 2023 due to a stress fracture in her spine. Through a story on Instagram, the Iberian underlined: “Hello everyone, I’ll tell you now how my rehabilitation is going. It’s slowly getting better, no more braces and I’m starting to do some pool workouts as you’ve been able to see in the past few days.” She then added: “I am having daily care for hours and I will do my best to try and get to Wimbledon in minimal conditions.

I really miss playing on the Tour, luckily I have the best people around me to help me. I hope to see you soon, I love you.”

It’s really a bittersweet period for Paula Badosa in the WTA Tour.

On the one hand the stop due to injury which will not allow her to prepare at the top for the season on grass, which will be practically sacrificed given a physical shape that will never be perfect even in London, while on the other a new relationship that is inflaming the web.

The Spaniard is experiencing moments of fire with Stefanos Tsitsipas: the two have formed the new great couple of the circuit, which is dividing the fans quite a bit. In fact, there was no lack of comments and criticisms similar to the situation already experienced (and which continues to exist) Matteo Berrettini, recently partner of the model Melissa Satta.

The Iberian, current number 29 in the WTA world rankings, however, can’t wait to get back on the tennis courts and play at the highest level against the best players around. The 25-year-old girl has already obtained 3 titles in her career and also managed to occupy second position in the standings last year, in 2022. Badosa will try to return as a great protagonist on hard and climb the rankings again.
