Despite Having Bad Blood, Paige Spiranac Points Out LPGA Tour As Victims of Yasir Al-Rumayyan’s $3B Merger

Reigning golf beauty Paige Spiranac, may not have achieved success in her professional golfing career but she never let that stop her from getting involved with golf. With her bold opinions, Spiranac has always expressed her modern thinking freely. And with her latest remarks, she has hit the nail on the head on the issue of female golf development.

In the latest episode of her podcast, The Match & The Merger the golf beauty briefly discusses the new and iconic merger of LIV Golf and PGA Tour. Analyzing the different aspects of this new deal, Spiranac and her co-host Samantha Marks, point out a very important drawback that has been overlooked by now.

Despite sharing a weird equation with the LPGA Tour, the golf diva has vouched in its favor in her podcast when she raised the vital question of how this new merger has done absolutely nothing for the women’s golf team.

” You know who got really f****d over? And all of this is LPGA Tour. Yeah, what is it? What is the support for the women? This was the one time where it’s like, you could have added this in to really benefit.” Paige emphasizes rightly that the merger was a great time to do something about benefitting women’s golf, something Spiranac is a staunch supporter of herself.
