Rafael Nadal will earn millions in retirement due to luxury hotels and deal with Ronaldo

Rafael Nadal is set to earn millions even after his tennis retirement due to his range of business ventures, including hotels and restaurants. The Spaniard announced in May that he is expecting to retire from the sport in 2024, but it seems he will have no trouble earning money once his trophy-laden career is over.

Nadal has always seemed interested in business and has an array of ventures off the court. Back in 2013, the 36-year-old supposedly built and renovated two luxury hotels on the Mexican island of Cozumel.

The family of Wolves manager Julen Lopetegui reportedly partnered with Nadal for the venture. The 22-time Grand Slam champion owns other properties in Majorca and there are supposedly other plans in progress.

Football icon Cristiano Ronaldo is another famous business partner. Nadal co-owns a restaurant chain named TATEL alongside the Manchester United and Real Madrid icon, as well as the singer Enrique Iglesias. TATEL has branches in Madrid, Ibiza, Miami and Beverly Hills
