A nostalgic Victoria Beckham tweets photo of dress she wore on her first date with David
THERE’S no way she’d be seen wearing such an outfit nowadays but for her first ever date with David Beckham, Victoria wore an orange suede dress.
The 40-year-old star was clearly feeling nostalgic yesterday as she posted the picture to her Twitter page alongside the caption: “Look what I found! The dress I wore on my first date with David! So cute!”
The sleeveless mini dress certainly looked like something a Spice Girl would wear and featured a chunky waist belt.
However, once she got the ball rolling, Victoria couldn’t stop herself and posted a few old pictures.
The second one was a shot of a black maternity dress laid out on the floor, alongside a picture of her actually wearing the dress when she was pregnant with her first child, Brooklyn, in 1999.
“Now look what I found! Stretchy pregnant dress! Brooklyn in my tummy!” she wrote alongside the photo.
Her third picture was one of Victoria alongside Marc Jacobs, wearing an elaborate black and white dress.
She captioned it: “Proactive day sorting archive. I love you fashion bunnies. Amazing memories,” meaning she may have been trawling through her wardrobe all day.
The former pop star also paid a visit to her new store on Dover Street in London, which is still under construction.
Sharing a picture of a personalised bottle of Coca Cola, her surroundings resembled a building site – and it seems there’s still a long way to go before her fashion store will be opening it’s doors.
