Ian Poulter reveals Netflix snub for LIV Golf stars ahead of season two

Ian Poulter played a big role in the first season of Netflix’s Full Swing, but has confirmed he will not be making an appearance in season two

Ian Poulter has revealed he and his fellow LIV Golf stars will not be featuring in season two of Netflix’s PGA Tour docu-series ‘Full Swing’. Poulter was a huge part of the first season of fly-on-the-wall show, which covered a whirlwind year for the PGA Tour.

The Englishman became one of the main focuses with viewers, after controversially joining the LIV Golf Series part way through the PGA Tour campaign and filming. In the first season, Poulter documents his reasons behind his Saudi switch, as the cameras continued to follow him after his PGA Tour ban.

And the Ryder Cup stalwart was not the only LIV star to feature in the show, with Dustin Johnson and Brooks Koepka all playing their part heavily throughout the eight episodes. It remained to be seen whether those who made the controversial move would appear in the show amid the ongoing rivalry between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf.

However, producers stuck to their word and documented both sides of golf’s feuding civil war. The Netflix cameras have returned to the PGA Tour for season two after their initial successes, but it seems Poulter and co were not invited back.
