Tiger Woods’ ex-mistress Rachel Uchitel warns Erica Herman: ‘You’re up against a machine!’
n a shocking turn of events, Tiger Woods’ infamous mistress Rachel Uchitel has issued a stark warning to Erica Herman, the golfer’s most recent ex, that she is “up against a machine” in their ongoing legal battle.
Uchitel claims that Herman is demanding the nullification of the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) she signed at the beginning of her relationship with the billionaire athlete, alleging that the agreement should not be enforced due to an exemption in cases of sexual assault or harassment.
Uchitel, who herself signed an NDA after her affair with Woods made headlines, has cautioned Herman that being silenced is “not worth the money,” revealing that her own experience left her “silenced, broke, and ridiculed.”
Rachel Uchitel to Erica Herman: ‘You’re fighting a losing battle!’
In an interview with Daily Mail, Uchitel claimed that the NDA “ruined” her life and was signed under duress, alleging an “abusive nature” in the process of getting her to sign the agreement.
She went on to explain the differences between NDAs signed before and after the fact, arguing that Herman’s situation is different from her own.
While some people sign NDAs before entering into relationships with celebrities or working for them, others sign the agreements after being involved in or witnessing an event and agreeing not to talk about it to participate in a cover-up.
Uchitel warns that Herman is “up against a machine now” and being “gagged” by a contract and unable to tell her side of the story is “the worst feeling.”
