On the 17th of March, Emma Raducanu posted 9 images on Instagram showing her experience in California, where she played in the Indian Wells tournament but was eliminated in the 1/16 finals by Iga Swiatek. “caliii round up, going east,” Raducanu captioned the photo dump.
However, the 4th of the 9 pictures caught her fans’ attention. In that picture, Raducanu stands on a sofa very close to a young man called Benjamin Heynolds in front of a fire pit.
“Who’s the joker in slide 4 sitting too close? Better be a cousin,” a fan reacted on Instagram.

Who is Benjamin Heynolds?
Not much is known about Benjamin Heynolds besides being reportedly one of Raducanu’s childhood friends.
The former Us Open winner hasn’t confirmed yet any relationship with the young man. Besides, Emma’s love life has been linked to other personalities in the past. Per Express, singer HRVY described his relationship with Emma.
“We’re close. We’re good friends. She’s just stunned about winning. I watched the match with my whole family, like the rest of the nation. She is a lovely girl and she makes me proud to be British,” said HRVY. Yet, rumors were shut down after HRVY was reported to be dating Mimi Slinger, known from the Emmerdale TV show.
But, that’s not all the end of the rumors revolving around Raducanu’s love life. In 2022, Express claimed that the teen “had been swapping flirty messages online with MotoGP star Fabio Quartararo” and “the duo have been racking up likes on each others’ Instagram pages – with Fabio leaving a lobster emoji on one of Emma’s posts and fans questioning if he was “fishing” for her affections.”
