‘When They’re Begging, I’ll Return but…’: Tyson Fury Puts Forth Conditions for Boxing Comeback

The WBC and the Ring Magazine heavyweight champion Tyson Fury hinted at his comeback inside the ring only under certain terms and conditions.

After picking up a spectacular TKO win against his heated rival Dillian Whyte, the 33-year-old announced that he wanted to spend his valuable years of life with his family and friends so he is ending his journey as a white-collar professional boxer. Interestingly, ‘The Gypsy King’ has altered his previous decisions about retirement earlier in his career. Therefore, it did not sit well with boxing critics and fans, and they began speculating about his return.

As of now, those speculations appear to be true because the British legend has revealed that he would return against the likes of the winner of the highly anticipated rematch between Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk.

According to him, the former unified heavyweight champion Joshua is going to lose in the upcoming clash. As a result of this, fans would beg him to face Usyk for the undisputed contest.

Michael Benson of talk sport reported it on Twitter. He wrote, “Tyson Fury on Anthony Joshua’s rematch with Oleksandr Usyk: “He’s gonna lose again, then they’re gonna call for Achilles to come back. And I’m gonna say, ‘Get f***ed, I’m retired.’ And then, when they’re begging, I will return, but it’s gonna be very costly.”
