Golf Pro Rory McIlroy Files for Divorce From Erica Stoll After 7 Years of Marriage

Rory McIlroy has filed for divorce from his wife of seven years, Erica Stoll. ET has learned that the professional golfer filed for divorce on Monday in Florida.

“Rory McIlroy’s communications team confirmed today that a divorce has been filed,” a statement shared with ET read. “They stressed Rory’s desire to ensure this difficult time is as respectful and amicable as possible. He will not be making any further comment.”

The former pair share 3-year-old daughter Poppy Kennedy McIlroy, whom they welcomed in August 2020.
