Christmas calls for family dinner, but Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren went through a divorce in 2010. In the wake of their $100 million split, they both agreed to share joint custody of their children. So, where will the Woods kids spend their Christmas? With their father or the mother?
A family get-together for Charlie Woods?
Despite their divorce, Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren maintained a steady friendship. In fact, Woods called his ex-wife his best friend even after their split. It appears that the two have mastered the art of co-parenting over the years.
Although they now walk on different paths, both of them are always on the same page about their kids. Us Weekly quoted a source, “Tiger and Elin are truly in a great place. He’s been so great with the kids, and that really brought her around to having a friendship.” So, it won’t be surprising if the former model jets down to Woods’s Florida mansion to spend Christmas with her kids.
Let’s not forget that the Mac Daddy Santa that the golf world is going gaga over was actually a Woods family Christmas tradition. In 2016, the 82-time PGA Tour winner posted a bare-chested photo of himself, dressed up as part Santa, part Denzel Washington (remember ‘Training Day’?), on X (formerly Twitter). Additionally, a few years back, Woods also got his kids two new dogs as a Christmas present.
